Lifecycle

22 stages, five phases

Every stage has a clear actor and a clear gate. No stage can be skipped.

Onboarding & Activation

# Stage Actor What happens
1 Registration Applicant Contact details are enough — no name and no photo. The general matching manager explains the stages, the rules, and the fees.
2 Background Check System / MM Fill in Form-Bravo, sign the NDA, then a first interview to validate the data.
3 First Interview MM + Applicant The manager searches for one to three equal candidates in the anonymised database — you never browse it yourself.
4 Readiness Decision MM If suitable, the man's data opens to the woman first. If she agrees, the woman's data then opens to the man.
5 Payment Member The manager guides the first discussion with a list of questions, protecting both sides' privacy.

Matching

6 AI Matching AI engine Optional: a personality test by a psychologist, a background check, and a debt assessment.
7 Manual Matching MM Once both are certain, the manager schedules a face-to-face meeting and follows the progress.

Indicative Introduction

8 Chatroom Opened MM A numbered room holding the manager, the man, and the woman. The manager is always present.
9 Indicative Exchange Both parties Each receives the other's indicative profile. Identities stay sealed.
10 Guided Video Call Guided by MM A video call with identities still concealed, using a prepared list of questions.
11 Decision Both parties Only mutual interest continues. Either side may stop with no accurate data opened.

Commitment & Disclosure

12 Open the Man's Data Man → Woman The man's accurate profile opens first, to the woman.
13 The Woman Consents Woman If she declines, the process stops and her data is never opened.
14 Open the Woman's Data Woman → Man Only with her consent, including her photo and the dowry she asks for.
15 The Man Consents Man The man reviews the real data including the dowry, then consents.
16 Real Data Exchanged Both parties With both consents given, accurate information is exchanged through the platform.

Union

17 Open Video Call Both parties A second video call with identities open, before meeting in person.
18 The Meeting Both parties + MM The first face-to-face meeting, facilitated by the matching manager.
19 The Proposal Couple / family The man proposes; families are usually involved.
20 Setting the Date Couple / family The wedding date is agreed.
21 The Wedding Couple The marriage contract takes place — the purpose of the whole journey.
22 Documentation System / MM Consents, disclosures, and the final outcome are archived.
Gate rules The background check precedes the interview. Payment is a hard gate after the interview. All pre-disclosure communication happens in a supervised chatroom. A face-to-face meeting only follows an open video call. Real identities open only in Phase 4.
